We may not see emails or texts right away. •••••••• Booking Notes 🌸 Appointments are available for booking up to one month in advance. With the exception of rebooking in-salon, all appointments should be scheduled online here at least 24 hours in advance. 🌸 It is your responsibility to reschedule/cancel your appointment in a timely manner. Please utilize the Cancel/Reschedule links provided to you in the confirmation and reminder emails. See the Cancellation Policy for more info. 🌸 Please take into consideration the duration of the service(s) you are interested in and avoid scheduling appointments where you will be pressed for time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure accurate appointment availability, We require that guests cancel/reschedule appointments no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling can be performed through the Confirmation and Reminder emails sent to the email address that is on file. Failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy will result in a guest being banned from booking with us. ​ DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit, ranging between $25 and $50 is required to confirm an appointment. The non-refundable deposit will be credited towards the total service price. Rescheduling will require a new deposit. ​ LATE CANCELLATION FEE A 25% Late Cancellation Fee will be charged for no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling performed within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment in which the deposit was waived (previous in-salon scheduling, etc.). ​ ​ TARDY / NO SHOW To ensure that our guests receive the best experience without waiting, we ask that our guests arrive promptly to their scheduled appointments. There is a grace period of 15 minutes after the appointment start time for guests to arrive to their scheduled appointments. If a guest arrives/will arrive to their scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes after the appointment start time, the appointment may be cancelled and/or rescheduled, and a Late Cancellation fee will be assessed.
